Since launching our strategic plan in 2000, our neighborhood has seen these changes
We’ve welcomed the addition of three new public streets—Osten Boulevard, Patsy Williams Way, and Luis Ayala Way—enhancing connectivity and accessibility for everyone. The development of CIL Townhomes and Dutch Point rentals and townhomes has brought new housing opportunities, enriching our community’s living options.
We’ve also seen significant commercial growth and revitalization. The iconic Colt Gateway now hosts 139 market-rate apartments, fully outfitted and vibrant with new residents. Businesses like Foley Carrier Services and JCJ Architects have found new homes in our neighborhood, bringing jobs and fresh energy. Historical landmarks have not been forgotten; the Amos Bull House has been lovingly renovated, and the East Armory of Colt boasts new windows and exterior renovations, preserving our heritage and looking towards the future.
