Welcome to the Sheldon/Charter Oak neighborhood. We are a dedicated volunteer-run organization proudly serving as the Neighborhood Revitalization Zone (NRZ) for one of Hartford, CT’s most historic areas.
Our organization works tirelessly to bring about positive change within Sheldon/Charter Oak. From spearheading initiatives that revitalize our streets to hosting cultural events that celebrate our diverse community, every project we undertake is aimed at building stronger community bonds and promoting inclusive growth.
We collaborate with local businesses, residents, and city officials to implement strategies that support sustainable development and cultural enrichment.
