The 27 March 2023 special meeting was called to order by Chris McArdle at 5:40PM; Roll call was taken by Kim Gauthier, a quorum was present.

• Introduction to meeting purpose: the review and collection of questions related to the proposed dog park in Barnard Park and have a public discussion about the topic.
• Chris asked board members if anyone noted any questions missing.
